On the first and last day of your pet boarding booking, we ask you to drop your pet off and to collect them. If you require a collection or drop-off service this can be arranged at an additional cost of £10 each way- (only in SW6, SW11, SW3 area).

Further charges will apply for other areas and they will be discussed and proposed to our clients prior to their booking.

Key collection

Key collection charge £8.00 per visit This should be paid directly to your pet sitter when they come meet you and collect your house keys.
If you’d like your pet sitter to return your house keys on a separate occasion then £8.00 key drop -off charge need to be paid directly to your sitter.

Bank holidays are charged one and half time                                       

Christmas day, Boxing day, Easter day& New Year’s day are charged double

For the pet feeding services, we can only offer one visit on the 25th December (Christmas day). All other dates we can offer 2 visits.

Boarding Service-We charge a daily rate not a nightly rate, therefore there is a minimum booking period of two days. All bookings where the sitter stays or pet boards one night will be charged as two days.

Any hours less than 2 days and one night, fits into our Day care category. Drop off for boarding services must be done from 9-10am on their first day and all pick-ups by 6:30pm Mon-Frid.6pm weekends on their last day.

Necessary time alterations for pick up and drop off time can be made in some situations and only if agreed with your pet sitter previously.  Get in touch to find out more and please read our terms and conditions.
